The Limb Center is a clinic specializing in prosthetic care. We assist people of all ages and abilities with overcoming the physical challenges associated with limb loss. Our team of prosthetists have experience providing the highest level of individualized patient care totaling more than 60 years. This includes assisting over 15,000 patients through a safe and healthy recovery so they can reach their full potential.

Dave Sharma, CP

Administrative Director
Dave Sharma is a certified prosthetic practitioner from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthotics, Inc. Mr. Sharma started his prosthetic education at Century College graduating from the prosthetic technician program in 1998. He then completed his Baccalaureate degree at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul Minnesota and returning to Century College now Concordia College for prosthetic practitioner training.

Randy West is a certified prosthetist with the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, & Pedorthics, Inc. Mr. West received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University. He completed the prosthetic technician program at Century College in Minnesota in 1998, where he first met Dave Sharma. He then went on to earn his certificate in prosthetics at Century College, now Concordia College.
Randy has over 25 years of experience and is a trusted and well-respected clinician in the field of prosthetics. He is passionate about improving the lives of those with limb loss. This is evident in his attention to detail and the care he takes in providing the optimal prosthesis for patients. His extensive experience and spiritual beliefs guide his work, and he consistently seeks out opportunities to help others and give back to his community.

David Banks is a Certified Prosthetist Assistant who has been an above the knee amputee since March of 2000. He lost his leg in an accident on a four-wheeler in Mexico, which later inspired him to become a peer mentor and help others who were going through a similar experience. This eventually led him to pursue a career in prosthetics. David is passionate about helping other amputees regain their confidence and independence.
Overall, David's personal experience as an amputee has driven him to make a positive impact on the lives of others. He continues to inspire and empower his patients to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals, and his passion for helping amputees is a testament to his dedication and compassion.

Lise Lindsay, CP, LMSW, BCPA

Lise Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics from the University of Washington in Seattle in 2000. She returned to Arizona to complete her residency in prosthetics and obtained her certification in prosthetics from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, & Pedorthics, Inc. In 2012, Lise returned to school to pursue graduate degrees in nonprofit studies and social work. She graduated with dual master’s degree from Arizona State University and became a licensed master social worker in 2017. She went on to become a Board Certified Patient Advocate in 2020.

Aaron Lowe, BOCPO

Orthotist
Aaron Lowe is a certified prosthetist orthotist with the Board of Certification (BOC) and has worked as a clinician in Arizona for 25 years. Mr. Lowe has a right, transtibial amputation which he acquired at 18 months of age. He chose to work in the field of orthotics and prosthetics to give back to others facing similar challenges. Mr. Lowe began his career as an orthotic/prosthetic technician and then furthered his training to become a certified fitter of orthotics (CFO). He then attended Central Arizona College where he studied Physiology and Anatomy and earned his BOCOP certification in 2007.
Mr. Lowe’s personal experience has provided him great insight into prosthetic issues and concerns as well as tremendous compassion for those facing or living with all levels of amputations. He is a seasoned peer mentor and served as an inspiration to many amputees over the years. Mr. Lowe’s mission in life is to help others with limb loss regain their confidence, reclaim their independence, and attain the freedom to walk again without fear.

Daniella Vasquez

Daniella Vazquez has worked in the prosthetics and orthotics field for nearly 15 years. Her knowledge of the industry is vast, and she has years of experience as an orthotic and mastectomy fitter. Daniella works collaboratively with the physicians’ offices to receive the required documentation and keeps our office running smoothly. As our Spanish Bilingual Interpreter, Daniella is an amazing asset to our Spanish speaking patients and to our staff.

Insurance
The Limb Center accepts many insurance plans including Federally funded Medicare and Arizona State funded Medicaid plans. We proudly serve our veterans and provide services to patients from the Department of Veteran Affairs. The Limb Center is also contracted with National Workers Compensation Plans.
Care Credit
Care credit provides an affordable financing option for healthcare treatments and procedures. You can use the card to pay for health and wellness needs when your health insurance plan does not cover the full amount or to pay for out of pocket expenses such as deductibles
